Face The Storm
Leadership Training
Storms come to every team: pressure, conflict, change, loss. Face The Storm is a six-session leadership pathway for teams and leaders who want to stop reacting and start leading. It is practical, honest, and built on one conviction: you can face it afraid.
How it works
Ray leads each session in person with your team, one or two sessions a week, so the whole pathway fits in three to six weeks. Every session pairs teaching with real conversation and a practice to take back to work. Built for staff teams, churches, nonprofits, schools and businesses.
Bring it to your team
Send a note through the contact page and we will find dates that work.
-
Trust before tactics. We look honestly at how your team works together (roles, handoffs, the unspoken rules) and build the habits that get everyone pulling the same direction.
-
Pressure exposes us. Learn to notice what sets you off, pause before you react, and answer with clarity when the storm hits.
-
Culture is built in small moments. Name the behaviors you want, the ones you will stop accepting, and the rhythms that make them stick.
-
Self-awareness, self-control, empathy and connection: the skills underneath every leader people actually want to follow.
-
Influence is earned, not assigned. Build credibility, have the hard conversations, and move people through trust instead of pressure.
-
Bring it all together. Loving your people and holding a high standard are not opposites. We build the four walls that hold a healthy, excellent team.
